Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapists support people to participate in the daily activities that matter most to them — whether at home, school, work, or in the community. This includes developing independence with self-care, supporting sensory and emotional regulation, improving fine motor skills, and adapting tasks or environments to suit individual needs.

We work with adults to support independence in everyday life — whether recovering from injury, managing a disability, or navigating age-related changes. This includes functional capacity assessments, assistive technology prescription, and strategies to support daily living. We also work with children to help them build the skills they need to thrive — from holding a pencil and getting dressed, to managing routines and staying focused in the classroom.
Being part of the local community means we can work alongside families, educators, and other supports in a hands-on and ongoing way.
